2. What is the warranty on Gate-six products?
All GATESIX suitcases come with a 4-year warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects or issues that may arise with your suitcase, including damage to locks, wheels, handles, and more. If you encounter any issues within this period, simply contact our customer service for assistance.
3. What if my lock, wheel, leather handle, or handlebar breaks?
If any part of your Gate-six suitcase, such as a lock, wheel, leather handle, or handlebar, breaks, we offer replacement parts and repair services. For customers in the Netherlands, we can also arrange repairs to ensure your suitcase stays in top condition.
4. What should I do if my shipment is lost?
If your shipment is delayed or missing, please contact DHL first for tracking information and support. If the issue persists, our customer service team is here to assist you further in resolving the problem.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed and shipped.
6. How do I take care of my Gate-six suitcase?
To keep your GATESIX suitcase looking its best, we recommend wiping it down with a damp cloth after each trip. Avoid using harsh chemicals on the aluminum surface. For leather components, use a leather conditioner to maintain their quality.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipment's progress through DHL’s tracking service.

Returns Policy
We aim to provide the highest quality products and customer satisfaction. However, if you need to return your Gate-six product, please carefully read the following policy:

Return Conditions:
To qualify for a return:
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the protective plastic bag and white dust bag.
- Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Any suitcase removed from its plastic bag or damaged will not be eligible for return.
- Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
How to Return:
- Fill in the return form included with your order or download it from our website.
- Book your return online through our Return Portal: Gate-six Return Portal
- Package the item securely and send it to our return address.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item, provided it meets all return conditions.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Important Legal Information:
- Gate-six complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the Netherlands and the European Union regarding consumer rights.
- This return policy does not affect your statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive or Dutch Civil Code.
